At Wing Chun Illustrated, we are committed to delivering high-quality hardcover editions to our customers. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our refund policy below:
1. General Policy
Our hardcover editions are produced through a Print on Demand (POD) service. Each order is custom printed, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives in a defective or damaged condition.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. To process your claim, please:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request and determine the next steps.
If approved, we will either:
- Ship a replacement item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for the following:
- Errors in shipping address or order details provided by the customer.
- Minor imperfections inherent to the Print on Demand process, such as slight colour variations, subtle alignment shifts, or other cosmetic issues that do not affect the product’s functionality or readability.
4. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been submitted and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
